Register in SAM.gov and open the door to selling to the government
SAM.gov is the U.S. federal government's official system. To sell your products or services to the government — or take part in federal contracts and programs — your business must be registered and active there. The process has strict validations, and one error can set you back weeks. We do it with you, step by step, in Spanish and English. We serve businesses in all 50 states, remotely.
I want to register in SAM.govWhat is SAM.gov and what is it for?
- It's the official registry the government uses to verify businesses before contracting with or paying them
- When you register, you receive your UEI (your entity's unique identifier) and your registration stays active for one year
- Without an active registration, you can't receive federal contracts or payments
- Some federal programs and grants require it as well
What we do for you
- We check that your business is ready: active state registration and EIN (if anything is missing, we handle it right here)
- We gather the information and documents the system requires, with you
- We complete your SAM.gov registration and your UEI
- We confirm your registration is active and explain your annual renewal date, so it never lapses without you knowing

Frequently asked questions
Does registering in SAM.gov cost anything?
+
Registration with the government itself is free — SAM.gov never charges you to register (beware of sites that charge while pretending to be the government). What you pay for with us is the service of doing it correctly, guided in your language, without errors that delay you.
How long does it take?
+
It depends on the government's validations: anywhere from days to several weeks. Preparing everything correctly from the start is what prevents the long delays.
Does the registration expire?
+
Yes. A SAM.gov registration lasts one year and must be renewed to stay active. We'll note your date and can help with the renewal.
Do I need my LLC and EIN before registering?
+
Yes: your business must be formed and have an EIN. If you don't have them yet, we do the whole package here: business registration, EIN, and SAM.gov.
The government buys everything. Let it buy from you, too.
